Robin is shooting the comedy feature "The Consultants" in various locations around Los Angeles.The film is written and directed by Dave Fraunces and features Paul Hughes, Xander Berkeley(of Fox's "24"), Richard McGonagle, and Spencer Garrett. Robin has been asked to reprise her well-reviewed role of Rhoda in "Irving Berlin's White Christmas" at the Ordway Center in St. Paul. Robin is participating in readings for the upcoming full-length feature "The Consultants". Based on a series of comic webisodes Robin shot last year, "The Consultants" is in pre-production and will be shooting in LA in October. Robin is in San Diego performing the role of Julie/Verna in the world premiere of "Dancing in the Dark" at the Old Globe Theater. Robin is working with writer Richie Chevat to create a video to promote his new novel "Rate Me Red". Robin plays the protagonist Poppy, a confident, outgoing girl who loves herself very, very much. Robin was asked to play the Parisian chorine Monique in the pre-Broadway workshop of "The Gershwin's ' An American in Paris' ". The workshop will be performed for a small invited audience at the Alley Theatre in Houston, Texas. Robin will be performing in the NY premiere of Academy-Award winning composer Elliot Goldenthal's new opera "Grendel", directed by the Tony-Award winning Julie Taymor. "Grendel" is the story of the Beowulf legend “through the eyes of the monster”, and will be playing at the NY State Theater July 11, 13 ,15, and 16 as a part of the Lincoln Center Festival. www.lincolncenter.orgRobin will be singing on the original cast recording of "Irving Berlin's White Christmas", set to be released this fall.
